Results
Circumstances are factual. Strictly facts. They are neutral
Thoughts are the sentences we have about the circumstances.
Feelings are vibrations in our body. They are described with one word: happy, sad, excited, anxious. Feeling are caused by our thoughts.
Actions are driven by our feelings. We will act, react, or not act based on how we feel.
Results are determined by our actions. What we are doing are always creating results in our lives.
Once we plug something into the model, we can see more clearly which thoughts are causing our feelings and actions.
By challenging our thoughts and being open to the possibility of being wrong, we can be willing to adopt new thoughts.
When we are willing to think differently about ourselves, we will start feeling differently, acting differently, and ultimately produce new and better results for ourselves.
