Our body has 2 sources of fuel.
Sugar & Fat
We want the fat on our bodies to be the preferred source of fuel.
It isn't able to use the fat we have on our body when constant sugar is avaialble.
Weight-Loss is not about calorie balance, it's about hormone balance.
The balance is =
eat food
store fat
access fat
repeat.
When we aren't using fat, the cycle is=
eat food
store fat
eat food
store fat.
We want to burn our own fat for fuel because the body is designed for that. The body becomes efficient at burning fat, not storing it.
