Meal Planning Challenge Invite

What?!??  There’s no ONE way to plan?  I had no idea!  I always try to find that 1 “right way” to do things.  

I’ve found that when I believe there’s only 1 right way, I feel defeated and overwhelmed.

Once I realized (and really believed) that there’s many ways to do things and all of them are right…I found MY way that gave me confidence to keep going.

This is for all areas of our life.  It also is the secret to losing weight & deciding ahead of time what to eat to lose weight.
